MiFinity, the secure digital payment company, has launched its new mobile app and desktop UI, providing customers with an intuitive and innovative user experience.

CEO of MiFinity, Paul Kavanagh, said: “Earlier last year we set our UX team a challenge: to develop an app that leverages the latest technology to deliver a best-in-class user experience, with a clean, intuitive design that enables customers to make quick and secure payments with ease.

“I’m delighted the team has delivered on every front, and our new native app and desktop experience are now live. New features include an updated home screen that allows customers to monitor their transactions, personalised offers, biometric authentication, and a faster sign-up process for new users.”

Built using the latest app architecture, the MiFinity app provides an enhanced and secure experience, making it simple for customers to manage their digital payments. Its intuitive layout enables users to fund accounts, make payments, and transfer money quickly and securely.

From the moment the app is downloaded, the experience is optimised for a frictionless payment journey. Signing up for a MiFinity eWallet takes seconds, while biometric login offers both speed and an added layer of security. From the homepage, users have full visibility of their recent transactions and easy access to the services they need to manage their funds.

In addition to enhanced functionality, MiFinity has introduced a personalised offers section within the app. Here, users can access tailored promotions from MiFinity partners with just a few clicks. Supported by MiFinity’s marketing capabilities, partners can promote targeted offers to attract new customers and strengthen engagement with existing users.

Paul Kavanagh explained: “In-app promotions within an eWallet provide an effective way to engage customers, whether for acquisition or retention. Our personalised offers feature enables partners to create highly targeted campaigns based on meaningful data, such as transaction behaviour. This creates value for everyone—customers receive relevant offers, while partners connect with highly engaged users.”

MiFinity has also announced that development is underway on a new iFrame, which will introduce enhanced functionality and further improve conversion rates. The updated MiFinity iFrame is scheduled for release later this year.
